CHOLESTEROL

Total cholesterol levels less than 200 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) are considered desirable for adults. LDL cholesterol levels should be less than 100 mg/dL. The optimal reading for HDL levels is of 60 mg/dL or higher.

PULSE – HEART RATE

Your heart rate is normally between 60 (beats per minute) and 100 (beats per minute).

BLOOD PRESSURE

An optimal blood pressure level is a reading under 120/80 mmHg. Readings over 120/80mmHg and up to 139/89mmHg are in the normal to high range.

GLUCOSE LEVEL

The normal blood glucose level (tested while fasting) for non-diabetics, should be between 3.9 and 7.1 mmol/L (70 to 130 mg/dL).
